Paul joins us from Cambridge, Massachusetts suggesting that we’re entering into what might be the deepest recession since the great depression and the first significant downturn experienced by the modern digital marketing ecosystem. Clients are going to be looking for more from much less, they’re going to be pitting agencies against each other to drive down costs, and they’re going to be asking deeper questions about value. And they’ll be doing it over Zoom. It’s going to be tough. How do agencies respond?
Paul will be asking agencies to;
1) Cut the ‘BS’! What are you world-class at?
2) See beyond ROI. What value can you create?
3) Don’t do everything. What’s your focus?
